Product Return Policy

seriouSkin stands behind our products, and strive to provide the most professional, highest quality skin care products on the market today.  We do understand that somethimes things just don't work out, therefore we accept product returns within 60 days of purchase.

We offer two types of returns for skin care products:  Relacement or Refund

Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

Products are eligble for a full Refund if you decide you don't want the item, it didn't meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.

We do not offer exchanges.  If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, then purchase another item.

If the product is defective, damaged or if you were sent the incorrect item, seriouSkin will pay for the return shipping.  If these conditions do not apply, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

When price-matching an item and you paid with a gift certificate and credit card, the gift certificate will be first refunded, then the credit card..
